Push the limbs up or down to make space to add the fiberfill in the areas that you want the body parts to be and then cover the fiberfill with sheet batting or any material of your choice. His carrot nose is made of felt and this eyes and mouth are all buttons. Just add lights and a top hat and decorate. Add stick arms and place a pair of boots under the tree to finish him off.

To create my frosty trees I stamped them twice with versa mark ink and then embossed with silver ep, then I stamped them again in versa mark ink and embossed with iridescent ice ep. The black card stock was spritzed with frost white shimmer mist to soften the look.
